1. Create New Patient - Web
You can create new patients in the Web Journal by following the steps below:
- Go to Web Journal
- Sign in
- From patient list, select
+ Create new patient
- Fill out all required information
- (!) If you include the patient email address, they will be invited as a user to your organisation
- Select
SAVE
when finished
1.1 Invite Patients
In order to take full advantage of remote patient monitoring, patients should have their own user account. This will enable patients to register measurements themselves, and allow you as a practitioner to view that information by simply opening up the patient profile from your patient list.
- When creating a new patient, include their email address
- Patient will receive a verification email from Medsensio
- If the email is not received, check the spam filter and double check that the email is written correctly in the patient information
- Patient opens the link in the verification email and creates a new password
- Patient can now login to the Medsensio App.
