To begin registering data on patients you must first have a patient in your patient list. If you would like help setting up a patient, go to our help section on Creating a New Patient on Mobile.
1. Register Vitals
Step by step:
- Select the correct patient from your patient list
- Select
START SESSION
- Fill in the vital measurements
- Select
GO TO LUNGS
to proceed for auscultation

2. Lung Auscultation

💡 We recommend using Bluetooth headset or earbuds while doing the auscultation. This allows you to hear the audio while performing the examination, and it helps you ensure optimal quality of recording.

2.1 Starting the Auscultation
- Start by placing the stethoscope on the highlighted location
- If you would like to start at a different position, select the correct placement by tapping the location on the screen
- Ensure that you are using proper technique
- Steady hand, no movement
- Stethoscope placed on skin, or over a thin piece of clothing
- Using Bluetooth headphones will help you ensure that your technique is correct
- Press
START

2.2 Continuing the Auscultation
- After recording the first position, move the stethoscope to the next position
- In the example image, that would be location (2)
- Press
SCAN NEXT
- Repeat the steps above
2.2.1 Play Audio
- Press the play button ▶️ to listen to the selected recording location
2.2.2 Rescan
- If you would like to do-over a recording, delete and repeat, select the appropriate recording location (1-6) and press
RESCAN
- The old recording will be deleted, and the new one will be stored and analysed

3. Heart auscultation
